Our Team Dan Staggs Dan Staggs is a Managing Partner at iMatch and the Practice Leader of our Technical Services Team. Dan has spent 12 years in the recruiting industry with 10 of those years spent impacting the local technology space. His experience and contacts span most technical skill sets and industries, offering a breadth of understanding which translates to significant value for his clients and candidates.   Prior to iMatch, Dan spent a few years in the San Francisco Bay Area as a corporate Technical Recruiter for Nokia Internet Communications and a various other Start-Up e-commerce and wireless infrastructure companies. Dan benefitted greatly from his first hand experience of the dot com rise and fall in the Silicon Valley and was eager to get back to the Northwest to apply this knowledge to the iMatch team.  After graduating from the University of Washington, Dan immediately joined the recruiting industry with an international contract staffing firm, Aerotek/Tek Systems. It was here that he built his strong foundation in the recruiting profession and spent 5 successful years servicing northwest clients and developing other recruiters.
