Brad Marshall
Brad has spent his entire career in the recruiting and consulting industry. Most recently, he was an original founder of iMatch Executive Search which has grown into one of the premier search firms in the Pacific Northwest. Through growth and reorganization, the Montlake Group was spun off from iMatch to exclusively cater to Executive level, retained searches. Prior to founding iMatch, Brad worked for Aerotek’s Data Services Group (TEKsystems), which is one of the largest technology consulting companies in the world. He was instrumental in growing the Seattle market from six employees to over 40 and breaking into more new accounts than any person in the company.

Brad holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington.
